House of Travel - Milford

It has been an awesome experience with House of Travel. They have been my and my spouse’s travel agency for years and never disappoint. COVID brought us a lot of challenges but HOT Milford was there to see us through, they have been so patient with us right from the beginning, special mention to Karen as well as Noeleen for always going the extra mile for us, thank you for getting us to our destination! I wish you guys all the best all the way from Toronto!

Kirstin and the Team made our trip to Fiji so smooth and easy. They suggested the Double Tree resort as we wanted to keep under a budget and it was amazing. We were a bit worried as it was a little out of Fiji but it was the best place to stay. Thank you for making our holiday awesome!

I've used Rhonda at House of Travel Milford for two school trips to Japan, and my honeymoon to Europe and every time she has been fantastic to deal with. She is super helpful, organised and able to assist with any changes that need to be made. She has lots of experience and uses that to make great suggestions in flights, accommodation and things to do. I highly recommended her and the team at HoT-Milford.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and unwelcoming, however the Travelex representative (Jai) working there was very helpful

It has been on my bucket list to do a solo trip to Europe but Covid has messed my plans up. Since my trip is a bit complicated because it is a mixture of adventure, exploration and catching up with mates between Europe, Asia and Australia, Marie has been superb in taking note of each detail I provided to her. She has been very flexible and attentive to my needs. She was able to look for flights and other land arrangements that suit my travel itinerary. She even was able to check up on me during my trip which was a nice gesture - it clearly shows she is still tracking where I am and if there are any hiccups or assistance that I still need. Now that 6 week trip is over, I will definitely keep Marie in my radar for my future travel needs. Thank you so much Marie for providing excellent service. So the next time you go to their Milford branch, go and look for Marie and she definitely can look after your travel needs really well!✈️✈️✈️

Extremely poor service. I advised by phone before making an appointment that I only wanted to book a hire car and hotel rooms. The lady took the details by phone then nothing extra at the appointment. The next day I received an email saying that they couldn't provide English speaking guided tours because I had left it too late, so they couldn't help me. It was a complete waste of my time and energy. I advised that by email. No apology or attempt to fulfill my request.

I have just returned from a 15 day trip to India, had a fabulous time :) Amber from House of Travel, Milford went the extra mile to make this trip with my daughter one to remember. She was always happy to help and advise with all my questions and requests - thanks Amber :)

Airline website was cheaper!
