Had the best online customer service from Furmoo! I wanted to exchange a gift, and the email/messenger service was helpful, patient and incredibly swift. I highly recommend this company; not only for their super gorgeous products, but also for a stressfree online shopping experience.

Purchased my order online, I haven't received it yet after 12 days . I have contacted Furmoo twice over the last 2 days via email and Facebook and have had no response. Very poor communication (as I can see you have read my FB message and not responded) I dont not no if my order has been shipped, I do not know when it will arrive and on the website it did not mention that the item I was purchasing was out of stock if that was the case.Very unpleasant experience purchasing with Furmoo, I would not recommend.I think as a business owner what your doing is very unprofessional, my review is my opinion and as a consumer I am aloud to voice my opinion so that others can read the reviews before they decide to purchase from your store.

Furmoo was extremely easy to deal with.Shelly was very helpful and fast response time.The only thing wrong is my wallet is now empty but the wife is happy .Would recommend to anyone buying from furmoo thanks

Terrible customer care and communication.I placed orders to the value of over $360 NZD. Waited patiently for shipping confirmation for 5days before contacting the business. The listing on the site said the product was in stock and would be shipped in 2-3 working days. There was a post made on their social media saying they would be sent on Tuesday.I was told when I contacted them late Tuesday night asking if they’d been sent, that the bags I ordered would be shipped the next day, the next day a label for the courier was created but it was never scanned by the courier.I questioned this with the company on Thursday and out of frustration at the lack of communication said I’d soon be considering canceling my order, in the hopes it might kick them into gear to actually give me some customer service. It unfortunately had the opposite affect, with the owner loosing her cool. Telling me very bluntly that my order was canceled.I return emailed say that’s not what I wished for or what I asked for please don’t cancel, just let me know when the goods would be sent. No reply. I called about 3 -4 times that day in the hopes to talk on the phone and clear it all up, but there was no answer so I left a voice message. The owner called back but never left a message so I was still in the dark about what was happening. I tried about 3-4 more times (maybe even 5! Out of pure frustration!) after her call to call her back with no answer.I then the next day with still no further communication from the business sent a quite blunt email asking what’s happening with my order and that if I didn’t hear from her ASAP (I think my wording was within the hour) I would ask my husband to go and visit the store as he’s in Christchurch for work to check what was happening with the order. I outlined again that I was disappointed in the communication and lack of customer care. I have all the emails saved and will happily share them with anyone that wishes to see. I not once used swearing or threats like she claims.I then get an extremely rude email reply from the owner basically blaming me for the whole situation, accusing me of sending intimidating threatening emails(of which I didn’t!) order canceled although I’m yet to receive a refund!She then continues Saying I have taken the “customer is always right” to a whole new level!? I’ve not claimed that in this whole situation, only asked repetitively for a time frame of when to expect my order!She then went and blocked me from all her social media pages, I guess to prevent herself from receiving negative feedback on her reviews page.While the product this company sells seems to be good, the service is absolutely shocking. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business in my life!

Received an unsolicited ad from Furmoo via social media. I commented that it seemed unusual to be promoting fur in 2020 considering the known animal abuse issues. Received an aggressive sarcastic response which attacked me personally. After a few responses, I had to state that I was sending our interactions to a lawyer as I felt bulled and harassed. It seems that an individual does not have the right to express their opinion upon receiving unsolicited ads. I suggested they approach things more maturely and perhaps get a different social media manager as not everyone will like or support their product.

These guys are absolutely amazing to deal with,have made many orders through Shelley and have always had fantastic Service.Highly rate Shelley and all her products.Thank you so much Shelley for Making my house and Outfits have the perfect finishing touches

This is quality @ the utmost, so affordable, so beautifully designed & crafted & run by the most genuine, capable, professional yet friendly, reliable boss lady ever. She went out of her way , when she possibly didn’t have to, to ensure I had exactly what I was after which a lot of business owners just don’t do these days. I am a firm Furmoo-er & here to stay. ❤️
