I had a specific enquiry regarding low pressure taps with a pull out spray. The person did not know so she made the effort to check it out with the company professionals & came Back to me with the answer. She was lovely to deal with and thorough. I appreciated the support etc

Awful customer service and delivery. Placed a special order for their porcelain product for a client. Was given an 8 week ETA that the product would arrive in the country in writing. It actually turned up 5 weeks later and the sales Director Sefton told me that he found the 5 week delay within tolerance". Unfortunately for our client this meant that the November kitchen install date had to be moved to late January. Then to top this all off

Have had two recent dealings with Archant and both times, felt that the staff were very hesitant with questions I wanted answering. I think their product knowledge and what Archant is about needs to be improved.

Very informative and helpful on phone. Able to get a refundable sample handle sent to me when model not on display here. Very prompt followup to email correspondence. Excellent service. Looking forward to receiving my sample.
