My experience was not good at all.. I received no replies to my texts to the agent at all & had to prompt her to make time to go & present an offer my husband & I made on a property.. my husband was advised by her that she was busy signing up new listings with an apology after I rang Bayleys office to complain that calls & texts were not being answered as we waited to hear if the offer we presented was made. Due to recent changing market we were unable to sell our place in time to purchase & did not hear back when we didn't extend offer

Excellent experience with Lyn putting an offer on a house. She was easy to get hold of and sorted things out, explained what we needed to know. We didn't get the house but would still recommend their services.

Was asked to conduct a pre-purchase building report for an Auckland couple. The agent never replied to my call/s and text message and instead sucked them into using someone else.This isn't a case of sour grapes - I have plenty of work - but just goes to the ethics of a company that promotes integrity and instead undermines that to close sales in a tightening market.You gotta ask the question!

My husband received an apology from the sales manager,, but no offer to recompense for his out of expense costs. We no longer do business with this agency and would not recommend them to anyone.

The whole team are awesome, very helpful and efficient, especially Sharon and Lynn who have helped me out and still do. I totally recommend them to everyone,you would be hard pressed to find another agent that is better.
