Very welcoming from the start, the owners also train in some of the classes and they are awesome people - they will genuinely listen if you have any new/cool ideas about the place. Facilities and equipment are great and the coaches are encouraging and remember each person in the class. Would recommend.

I've been attending F45 Sydenham for over a year now, and it's that great that I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. You're welcomed and valued from your first visit to your 250+ visit.Trainers are fantastic and help you meet your goals everyday. They create a highly positive environment, no matter weights or cardio, you leave with high energy and feeling satisfied.I genuinely get excited every morning to attend, and strongly believe that this benefits not just my physical health, but my mental health more than anything else. I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined F45 last year and I’m so glad I did! The culture at F45 Sydenham is incredible. Everyone is super supportive, encouraging, and always up for a laugh! The trainers make me feel so positive about myself so gym anxiety isn’t an issue. They’re also incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always choose pretty great music playlists! Team training is definitely worth the hype and it’s amazing at F45 Sydenham!

An amazing club! Joined back in July after moving down to Christchurch from Wellington. I wasn't new to F45 but since coming to this club my training has transformed exponentially! The coaches are more than amazing, always supporting and pushing you to your full potential. It's like a giant family there, highly recommend!
