Visited them 2 times now for a snorkeling day at Goat Island. Always keen to help you out and set you up really good. Also flexible with timing and drop-off.Great place for advice and gear!

Friendly, accommodating and informative kiwi service with a smile. We arrived just slightly late for the morning snorkel tour, but it was no trouble to slot us in. They efficiently geared us up and sent us down to meet Koa- a brilliant guide, enthusiastic but reassuring and very knowledgeable about the marine life. We saw an eagle ray, loads of big snapper, moki, goatfish and more and were able to dive by the end. A fantastic experience, highly recommended.

Had a great time doing my open water certification with these guys. Good gear, professional training and a good vibe all round. Winnie will make sure you know your stuff and is so pumped on diving its contagious.

Goat Island Dive & Snorkel is the best of the best. If you are in this area and want to hire the best wet suits, dive or snorkel gear, stop in before heading down to the water. Their friendly professional staff will answer all of your questions and give clear advice about wear to swim to see the best sealife depending on conditions. We come back here every time we visit NZ.

Goat Island Dive & Snorkel
I've had absolutely brilliant experience scuba diving with Sara! My longest dive so far 85min, shore diving is pretty shallow, hence you save a lot of air, but there is so much to see! No need to go any deeper. I was really taken care of and Sara even got me some beautiful pictures! Good modern equipment and beautiful biodiversity. Highly recommend it! Thank you for having me!!!

Extremely friendly staff and located in a marine reserve. The weather was stormy and we were not comfortable with the water conditions.We went back and explained the situation and got a full refund no questions asked.Highly recommend, but you should be comfortable in the water even for the beginner course imo.

Goat Island Dive & Snorkel
The service here was so friendly and helpful. We had someone with glasses who thought he'd not be able to use a mask but was soon trying on different prescription masks and found one that worked perfectly. The kit was clean and top quality, they even gave us a couple of buckets to help transport everything. I'd recommend hiring the GoPro camera to capture your time out in the water. A brilliant service to help you enjoy such a magical place.
