Went there and all the staff were severely coughing and one of them wasn't even wearing a mask. The guy behind the counter tried to overcharge me $20 on a $150 purchase and had to point out the sticker price. Tried to get out as quickly as possible.

Amazing range, outstanding service, highly recommend Music Planet.Purchased a Digital Piano from Kane. I am really impressed with the service Kane provided us, from the friendly greeting when we walk in, helping us choose the right piano for our use case, demonstration, recommendations and sale.The great service does not stop there, Kane went over and above and sourced us specific colour of piano we are after, delivered it, helped us set it up and tested our new piano. very disappointed , bought guitar from Mandy she said we would receive in 2 days but nothing arrived a week later . my son missed his stage performance , got finally hold of Mandy after couple of days trying . she started arguing and shouted at me and aggressively hang up the phone on me . company urgently needs to work on her customer service gonna talk to her manager. Best customer service ever. I was having a bad day and came to the music shop to look at a new ukulele, spoke to one of the guys and game me an amazing deal which totally made my day! Definitely coming back when I need a new instrument! Super friendly and my new favourite music store.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Kane, the store's piano specialist knew a lot about the market, and was fun and easy to talk to. He knew exactly what he was talking about and helped me find the perfect piano. Highly recommend shopping at this store.
