Unprofessional report provided as a word document. Inspector was arrogant, patronising and un collaborative. My partner and I both work in construction and inspector was dismissive of anything we said as it seemed he was trying to hide his own lack of knowledge or understanding of the issues we had noted. We were deeply unhappy with the service and would never use again.

We had to wait 4 days for an incomplete building report. The inspector was arrogant, dismissive and unprofessional when my wife called him.He didn't want to check the roof as offered on the website.Also, he didnt spotted a significant leaking issue on the mean bedroom as other inspectors did.I have tried to contact the company and I haven't received any answer.Don't waste your time, money and energy. Try any other company.

We engaged Rakesh in Auckland (Central/Mt Wellington area) for 3 house inspections between January to May 2019. He is a clear and prompt communicator, friendly and eager to help, and thorough with his observations. Also very quick to deliver the job, and provide the full detailed report.He made it super easy to organize, we gave him the agent’s details and he scheduled everything directly. He was contactable by phone on nights and weekends too, to discuss details in the report. His rates very good and he was very available on short notice, thanks.

Do NOT use this company (Christchurch Branch). They failed a pretty simple check to detect a pre-existing leak that damaged a built in bed in my property that could have been negotiated out of the purchase price.The bed is worth 4K and they reimbursed for a pathetic $100 and a box of chocolates. When confronted with this insulting amount they simply stop replying to emails hoping it will go away, further adding to the insult. This company WILL NOT take proper responsibility for neglecting an incredibly simple part of the inspection and will leave you in the dark, their cheap rates are not worth it.

Rajesh was the inspector and he left the house in a worse state than he found it. He damaged internal fittings then left them damaged without mentioning what he had done. When I contacted the company they suggested I take it up with the inspector. Seemingly wiping their hands of it. Not a way to deal with it.
