Forever new Sylvia park store is one of the best Forever new stores in Auckland. They are always very well stocked and the display is neat and tidy. The collection is always current and the store size is also good. The best part about this is the staff here. They always go above and beyond and are very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work !

Shop has some excellent collection for ladies but it's bit expensive. Also most of the small and petite cloths and very few big size cloths. Looks for a section that have cloths on sale and you'll be lucky to find something really good for cheap price.

Forever New Sylvia Park, I always love shopping here. Fantastic staff and a great collection. Recently, I bought a dress online and sadly, it didn't fit the size. I walked into the store for an exchange, and because of isolation, there was a little delay for it. I was approached and helped by Isabella. She was so helpful in finding the solution, and the whole process went smoothly. Absolutely appreciate the customer service she provided me; stunning person. I will keep coming back and enjoy the shopping time with you guys.

A great store for formal/occasion clothing. It's easy to find what you're looking for and staff and quite attentive. The changing rooms are also spacious and overall a nice experience. A tip for students is to get a 10% off student discounts through UniDays.

Ok listen guys, it was close to closing time and me and a friend just got to silvia park and we wanted to look for ball dress-esque dresses and we went in here because they had the PERFECT COLOUR dress my friend was looking for. We ended up staying past closing time but the staff in there are exceptional! I can't stress this enough. I hope they realise that they improved our already fantastic day by 100 times. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful. I hope you guys are reading this.
