Not even 1 star. I booked for them to come and give me a quote and she didn't turn up so I rung her and she told me she forgot. Then she did come around and said she would start the next week and she would call me the day before to confirm, I didn't hear from her that whole week. I rung again and she said she would be here the next Tuesday to start the job, it's now Thursday and she hasn't come nor have I heard from her. Very unreliable!!
