Unreliable, doesn't keep to his work also very poor customer serviceTook my partners Samsung S20 Plus in because it kept dropping in and out of service, he said it should roughly be $80 to $100. A couple of hours after dropping the phone off I received a call saying its all fixed. $150 later.. Later that night it started doing it again I called he said I could take it back in the morning so I did he said the reason why is because he uploaded the original Korean version to it... WHY!?!?! WE ARE IN NEW ZEALAND MAN. So the solution was he needed to re do flash to an English on for New Zealand but that didn't work he said it a part needed to be replaced which was a second hand part he got from a old phone then I was charged another 150 on top and its still dropping out of service...

Live out of town and used courier, very happy with the service. The repair is exceptional and these guys are faster than a speeding bullet! Literally I received a shipping notification 30 min after receiving one stating it was delivered to them, thanks geek repairs!

TERRIBLE EXPRIENCE. DO NOT USE. WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IS POSSIBLE.Was given a faulty screen, with extremely poor resolution and contrast. After an hour of use it was flashing and glitching. Brought screen back to the store so owner he could replace it however only got excuses. He acted oblivious to the issue. Refused to provide any remedy to the issue and acted like it was my fault. Uses extremely cheap screens that do not work. Store has been REPORTED for only taking cash or bank transfers. Extremely disappointed. You have been warned.

Had phone screens fully replaced twice here, both times only took an hr and they did it same day at a very reasonable price. Phone screens worked well after replacement and they even had a genuine samsung screen option.

Would not recommend, paid for screen repair and it seems as though they let toddlers run wild with a hot glue gun with all the mess they make. Screen that was replaced glitches and in actual fact, my ipad is in worse condition than what i took it in as. Been back for remedy 4 times, still not functioning as promised and paid for. Owner will take no responsibility of any wrongfulness and makes excuses claiming other made up scenarios. Take your hard earned money elsewhere where the professionals actually know what they are doing.

BEWARE! DO NOT go here for screen repair. Was quoted $100 online then the price went up 1/3rd to $150 when I got to shop. No receipt given when I left the ipad with them (even though I asked for one). On pick up they insisted CASH ONLY. No eftpos. I wanted a transaction receipt so did an internet transfer. The screen repair was awful. Popping out, and cracked within 24 hrs, cheap generic part. There was also debris under the screen. Took it back - they refused a refund. Also refused to repair unless I paid $50 more! Don't say I didn't warn you.......

I got my Samsung screen repaired at the full price of $180 for a genuine screen 24hrs later I noticed lines in the digital display running down the length of the screen I phoned them up and I was very polite as I wanted to resolve this issue with them. I then went into the store and they accused me of breaking my phone which I had 2 month warranty for. They said that they could fix that again but they would want more money and that I had damaged the frame as well which was caused by their poor workmanship with glue around the outside housing of the screen.Phone was repaired again and I refused to pay in the hand it over would not recommend dealing with this establishment.

Was quoted $100, get to the shop and he tried to add and extra $40 despite myself and my partner coming the week before to fix his phone. He then fixed it but then damaged the camera in the process. His excuse was “oh dust gets stuck sometime” yeah more like dust from your junk shop that needs to be cleaned, TF. Never had a problem with the camera before until his tutu hands had a go. Another person came in with the exact same make and model phone and I heard him try charge $160, I butted in and said “wow you upped the price by $40 within one hour of me being here”.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP !! Completely dishonest and even gave me back a different iPad pretending they fixed mine. Then when that failed within the week I took it back and they charged me to replace the motherboard. !! Inferior parts and lied to constantly. But they think that’s ok. It’s not it’s criminal behaviour. Save your money and hassle go to a genuine parts store like ubertec in Parnell.

Very poor products and service, but good communication and nice staff. I paid $200 for an imported replacement battery. When I picked up the phone the screen wasn't flush with the case and there was wet glue oozing from the seams. I took it back for rework the next day and the screen was reseated properly.Three months later I'm only getting a couple of hours of battery life from the new battery. The Accubattery app says that it holds only 1/3 the charge of the original. I'm very disappointed.
