I recently purchased flowers for my friend in Japan, and she was blown away. Interflora made the whole process so easy and they were even delivered on the same day!! Will definitely be using Interflora again.

Placed an order on a Thursday for delivery in two days time (despite it being a rural address this should have been fine, given the quoted 2pm delivery and that the delivery calendar does not allow you to select a date earlier than their schedule allows- as per the details on their website). Received an email advising that they would not be delivered until the following Monday, at which time the recipient would need to collect the flowers from the local petrol station. Overall, a disappointing experience and attitude from Interflora. I recommend contacting a local florist direct as they are more than happy to offer same day delivery and exquisite flowers for half the cost.

You have no idea the amount of stress I’ve been through finding out my flowers haven’t arrived. I want to give a 0 stars out of 5 but I can’t. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral and that means they needed to be there on the date I asked. They’re absolutely pointless now. Not only did that let my husband and I down but my whole grieving whānau. I paid so much money for it. I need a refund!! I’m so mad!

Options are nice but they could improve their customer service by providing updates on whether the recipient has received the flowers and whether they are going to be delivered considering they say that the order may not be able to be delivered on the requested date. Had to call up and ask about the delivery - they said they don’t track the order which is unhelpful.

Ordering with Interflora is so easy and hassle free and every time I have ordered the flowers are fresh and breathtaking! What a wonderful service.

Interflora is a terribly managed business model. Just bypass them and go directly to florists - Interflora just takes money to line their executive team's pockets and provides the most shocking service! I'm surprised they're on 3 stars - I would have thought they'd be on much less based on their appalling customer service.

I have ordered flowers through Interflora in the past and they have been beautiful, however I ordered flowers for my friends 50th and what was delivered was very embarrassing for me, nothing at all like the picture. I sent Interflora an email and they refunded me. Was very nice of them to do that so quickly but no reply to my email, wasn't til I checked my bank that I seen the refund. I hope they sack that useless florist who obviously didn't know what she was doing.

Terrible service, no updates on where my order is even though I opted for same day delivery. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Just go direct to a florist website, much more trusted. Zero stars.

I always find the service friendly efficient and reliable worth Interflora and I can trust the flowers are impressive quality blooms that will last for a good lengthy show.
