Pilates Passion
Lysandra is the nicest, most knowledgeable pilates instructor you would be lucky to meet. The studio is beautiful, and classes are small and fun to attend. I've been going for a while as a beginner and I must report I haven't had a single injury so far. Lysandra made me a lot more aware of my body, and try and correct any issues in mobility/strength that needs attention. Highly recommended!

Lysandra is amazing! She listens to what you need and gives you the perfect workout to help you.I really have found a very special instructor who is very in touch with the body and what it needs!How will I find someone this special when I move south to Wellington.She is not about making money she truly is doing this for the love and passion she has for it!Her studio is a tranquil peaceful timeout from the stresses of life.
