Two young guys arrived to retrieve a wire screen and remove stones and small boulders that had been dragged into a 50 metre long x 31cm storm water drain. They were of unfailing good humour and absolutely determined to solve our problem and persisted until they did even though it was late on a Friday afternoon. We were thrilled to have a fast response to our needs. The plumber was knowledgeable, professional and patient. Highly recommend.

They sent two plumbers, even though the job did not require two plumbers. The two plumbers came unprepared, and did not do a proper job. They billed excessively, for work that they had not done and for almost 18 months refused to correct their bill and when I asked them to provide appropriate bill, they threatened, and reported me to credit agency, to intentionally damage my credit ratings. I had to call another plumber and spend over $1,200 to fix and complete the job. And I paid them an undeserved $500 just to get them off my back.

Have now had the trifecta. Blocked kitchen drain, replace hot water cylinder and latest, water leak in supply pipe.All three jobs executed within, or better than, expected time frame. Different staff member on each occasion demonstrated competency and respect.Exceeded expectation. Thanks!

Called them as I had a problem with tumble dryer and explained over the phone what was wrong with the machine with the lady at reception and she explained it to the 'experts' there. They said they dont know what is wrong and will need to send the expert to have a look and it will cost $100 as he will need to spend time and open it up to identify the problem. I agreed to it thinking he is going to open it up and we will be able to fix it. The expert came over and I told him exactly what I told them over the phone and he just looked at the machine and said what he though the problem is and left within 2 mins. Did not open up the machine or really identified the problem. Still charged a $100 and to me no service was delivered. What a rip off.

Fantastic people to deal with. The little customer gets a prompt service no matter how big the job is. Real friendly people.
