Service was good but there were no window washing facilities and no water in any of the 2 water containers. There are 6 or 8 petrol pumps and 2 containers. Talk about skimping! Only 1 staff member on during a busy lunch break. Skimping again.

Z - Taranaki St - Service Station
This Z is a NZpost parcel collection point. I'm sure the man working tonight (31.12.21) has told me I cant collect my mail on numerous occasions. Either he is too lazy, or not trained. I have limited times I can pick up. So 'come back tomorrow' is not always possible and mail is only held for 10 days.Please sort this man out to deal with this service. Every other staff member has been awesome and handle my mail with ease.

Its been almost 8 to 9 months i have been requesting politely to staff at this station to get the gas handel lock fixed (small metal tab or hook that can be used to lock the handle in the open position) on pump No.1 ZX Premium.But looks like the staff here does not care or are flipping deaf...as to this day its still NOT fixed.Had to call Z call center to raise this concern.P.S. Store manager Pull your finger out!" and get this fixed. case number for the complainte is 1226029."

Just visit Z Taranaki street Wellington and request The manners less guy working their his name is ANGELO to allow me full my car Tank. He said its prepay. I ask to put $40 then. I have been charged 40 but actual gas provided 39.$1 may not be considered but ANGELO Didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience or apologise.He replied It is what it is"Useless"

Hi I came to Z station 2 x to fill petrol at 06:00 the station attendant was very dismissive of customers on both occasions. We were waiting and he kept the lights off on the store went about his business and ignored the customers. If he was opening later he should have the curtesy to tell customers he is opening later. It was a Asian staff with a pony tail.

Very poor experience, The staff was so rude and had no idea of what customer service is.Ignored the customers, showing her hand again and again to ask to keep waiting and justifying that she has other works to do. And asking to hurry up while I was selecting my food . I didn't buy anything I felt so bad and the customer behind me as well.Meg that's the name , so so rude . I had worked in Z as well and I realize how important is to greet and respect customers.This was such a terrible experience.
