Very friendly and professional service. Brand new storage units, clean, dry and very safe. Its a one stop shop, you can buy packaging and locks in the reception area. Thank you Alan for all your help, I feel relief knowing my house hold things are stored with you Alan at AllSecure. The place suits its name. Good luck with the new complex, I am so glad I am one of the first to store here. See you in a year. Also thank-you for my welcome gift.

Alan your amazing, the unit size you worked out for my storage needs is right on the nail. I love the new unit and the free coffee from the machine in reception. Nice touch. The high tech security makes every reason I choose storing with you. I like the fact my storage is insured with your business as well. The cover you offered is better than what my normal cover would cover. Thanks a lot Alan. Good luck with the new adventure. I am just over the moon I choose you guys.

Just want to say a big thank you to all staff and also those from Taupo and Auckland after the recent flooding in Napier.We had our house contents in the complex and have as a result have lost some of our possessions due to water damage like many others.The staff right from the start were so supportive and caring and extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble even brought around coffees.Thank you so much for making a not so good experience so much easier.Gary and Robyn Yearbury

Fantastic service, Sarah replied promptly when I first sent my enquiry and when we dropped in to have a look, we were so impressed we signed up straightaway. The place is spotlessly clean, well secured and easy to use. Really happy with both the facility and the service. Highly recommend you go and see for yourself!!

Terrible experience. Storage facility was flooded and they didn't tell us for days. Then we weren't able to try and save any of our stuff for days more, due to health and safety". Very poor communication during this time. Expensive too. Look elsewhere."
