Booked my self a massage for a treat to myself and my goodness!!!! it was amazing! will be back again for more massages! helped me to sleep like a baby that night!

Professional and friendly staff, great massage and even though the spa is in a very busy area once inside it is quiet and relaxing. A bonus is the carpark behind the building. Thanks team I will be back.

I had a wonderful Image Signature Facial and LED yesterday at Spa St Clair with Josie. She was so friendly and attentive I really did feel pampered and the treatment really did plump up my skin and it now feels soft and lovely. - Thanks Josie!

Had the loveliest experience at Spa St Clair. The setting was relaxing, clean and comfortable. But it was Lily's genuine and welcoming personality that made my experience so enjoyable. Will book again!

I sent this email on Sunday 20 NovemberDisappointed I didn’t get a replyI just want to say how disappointed I am with your serviceFist point I contacted St Clair Spa to booked in a surprise massage and facial for my husband.I gave you my husbands details ph number etc and asked you not to contact him to contact me on my number.He received a text 2 days prior to his surprise appointment Waves in the Sand to say confirm his appointment.I called the next day to say I wasn’t happy, and why did you contact him when this is a surprise. Amy the person who answers the phone apologised and said she was sorry this happened. It took a lot of talking to get my husband to go to this appointment that was supposed to be a surprise, to get him feeling better and de stress.Day of the appointment we arrived, I said I have my husband here for his 10 am appointment. When one of the staff came out to reception they call my name for the appointment???? Not my husband.The massage was very disappointing, no communication on pressure, it was just like rubbing oil on. Don’t feel like a massage at all. The facial wasn’t enjoyable experience. My husband said it staring to sting, is it supposed to do this. The reply was it can sting. Then immediately it was taken off.Totally a waste of moneyVery disappointedWould not recommend to anyone

I was booked in for the Waves on the sand package. A large price to pay for a terrible massage and facial. Not once was I asked what areas of concern I had, the pressure of the massage was so light I could barely feel it, basically just a oil rub. My main concern being my legs if she had asked, but then only spent all of 2 min on each leg.Time for the facial , terrible! slapping product after product no removal in between products, I was under the impression the facial included a face massage , this was not done. Mask was applied and the therapist said 'okay Ill be back 20 minutes later she walks back in slaps some moisturizer on and say your done.Paid for 20 minutes dead time! Appointment was meant to go from 2:00pm till 3:40 I was done by 3:20 and this includes the 10 minutes waiting for the therapist to come in after getting settled. Very disappointed for the price I paid. Music was so loud in the room very hard to relax ."
