What a delightful experience! From the delicious cake and coffee to the exemplary customer service from the team, I highly recommend this business to frequent. The young man serving at the register and the ladies bringing the cake and coffee were such a pleasure that I intend to return frequently and often.

Staff are always laughing, happy and helpful! My father recently passed and it was one of the few places he would volunteerily walk to for a coffee!! Well done ladies you are a credit to your employer.

I popped into the mall to do some banking and thought id grab a coffee and a 'hot feta & spinach scone with butter' to 'takeaway'. Back in the car I was bitterly disappointed to open the bag to find a sealed takeaway portion of butter but nothing to put it on with. One quick question to clarify where I wanted the butter or a takeaway knife could have changed my experience.

Attempted to use a buy one get one free coffee voucher from the Entertainment book app. The manager said the two coffees had to be the exact same price to be able to use the voucher as opposed to just the cheaper of the two being free. I have never experienced this before so seems to me as if they were just trying to refuse the voucher.As per terms and conditions on your voucher, “complimentary when equal or greater value is purchased”

Yes it's busy but we only ordered a couple of drinks and you were bringing them to us But all those who ordered after us have received their drinks and food and we were still waiting. Eventually after going and asking you finally made or drinks . Not overly organised
