Best all-round recovery clinic in Auckland!!My first visit was in 2019 when I first injured my back. The team here were very knowledgeable and supportive in improving my spine health.Been visiting this clinic again for the last two months after another injury and I am genuinely surprised how much better my body is feeling now.The Chiropractors here are both very experienced and friendly. The clinic is neat and they have the latest equipment.Definitely try out their Normatec compression boots.If you are into traditional methods, you can also get acupuncture treatment from their acupuncturist.Highly recommend this place to everyone with a fatigued back or anyone wishing to improve their physical performance.

Excellent professional friendly service by Dr Jun, I felt completely at ease and comfortable. Full consultation, including recommended exercises - how and why, Chiropractic adjusting instrument and drop table plus my absolute favourite the spinal decompression table which helps to gently stretch my spine to relieve neck and back pain. Dr Jun will talk you through everything.I discovered the decompression table when living in Canada 2020 - 2022 - it absolutely changed my life. I've had to go to Dr Jun twice for a back muscle injury. I can honestly say that it has been a great experience overall working with both Jun and Mike. They always make me feel at home and they show sincerely that they care for my overall well-being. They always give me their undivided attention when I attend sessions and are gentle and caring in nature.I wish this practice all the best and would like to extend my blessings over the staff and the practice.

When I first visited, my body was a postural mess with lower back pain.It's only been a few weeks of chiro and acupuncture sessions, and there was a already a big improvement.Dr Chung has given me great advice for self awareness and correction for the rest of the week, including which muscles to strength to maintain a good posture.These sessions are great for people who have a physically demanding lifestyle.Highly recommended to have a regular checkup to release some muscle tension and maintain a routine of posture correction. You will enjoy the calm and friendly atmosphere.

Started going to Prime earlier this year as my boyfriend and friend have been going for a while. Been dealing with a lot of lower back pain from work and Dr Jun has been patiently helping me relieve it week after week. Mike was also great when he did my acupuncture and cupping. I’ve definitely noticed a great difference and improvement compared to when I first came. Highly recommend them :)

I had severe sciatica pain, for a few weeks, any walking or standing was agony in my hip and major pins and needles up and down my leg.I found Prime recovery on the internet. Read the reviews and they were so positive that I booked in.I have now had 8 sessions weekly, and am so much better. Have some totally pain free days. I have done the recommend exercises and listened to Jun's advice. Soconfident in a complete recovery in due course.

I was able to see Jun, the director who I believe has helped me quite significantly. Long story short, I have participated in exercise plan's from physiotherapists running up to seeing Jun at Prime Recovery Clinic, however the return to pain was just to easy, and although I initially had to attend to keeping up the new exercises Jun introduced to me which meant being dedicated and fully engrossed in my new rehab habits. However I began to see changes. For one, my pain after a few sessions had reduced. and because I was all to familiar with my issue not fully recovering after plenty of attempts from previous physio sessions I had to remain alert to not be to quick to consider the issue resolved just after a few sessions. So I persevered, and over time I developed increased stability, and increased strength where the pain was. I appreciated the progressions in exercises, and also the understanding of Jun (my chiropractor) to be committed to focusing on fixing the issue, and I believe Jun has done so by showing to me that he understands the body, and many factors that play a part in either making my injury worse, or better, but always not deviating to far from the safest strategies and protocols in the assessment and prescriptions of my exercises so it could allow my body the time it needed to be more able to not be so adversely affected if my own treatment of my injury was ever not ideal. This is crux of what makes the service top rated foo me, one in that I know that I can do things like exercises I have been shown that will really help my injury , I also know these exercises are easily applied and I can do them from home, so I think Prime Recovery know what they are doing when it comes to offering good advice, secondly, I think Jun's knowledge is outstanding, I really do think he knows the body as best as anyone, I think he targets the areas that are weak, but the ways Jun and Prime recovery have attended to my injury have helped me go from quite painful, to hardly having any pain at all. For the first time in years, I am happy that my injury is not causing anywhere near as much concern as it was when I first showed up to see Jun in the first appointment. My opinion is June really knows what he is talking about when it comes to the spine, he also has provided caring and diligent support for other areas of my body including my shoulder, and my knee, of which I had an knee ACL reconstruction recently, so he has been really considerate to see my situation broadly speaking, and has helped me stay on top and manage my issues, and the result has been phenomenal. Congratulations Prime recovery and to you Jun, you deserve a fantastic review. Well Done.

This is the best recovery clinic I have ever visited. I always receive outstanding professional care from the chiropractors here. They are very knowledgable and go the extra mile to show exercises to support my recovery from injuries, the follow up acupuncture treatment is also very convenient. I highly recommend visiting them for any treatment or maintenance care.

Very skilled professionals. Highly recommend. They are not just doing chiropractic adjustments to spine. They are experts in relieving muscle tension and increasing overall body mobility. My posture has improved, back pain gone and my body flexibility has tremendously improved.
