No1 Currency

My German ID and driving license were rejected for an exchange of just 1000 euros! It seems that even a small amount of exchange requires full verification and a lot of paperwork!

2 low lifes serving at this shop today, arrived there 18.30, 2 people in front and they said they don't serve more than 1 as they need to close, yet internet shows open till 19.00. They had plenty of time to argue with us instead 15min and still not serve us, telling us to make a complaint tomorrow. I wouldn't give them work even if homeless.

3 tellers on duty and only one assisting with customers while the other two are just looking at computers not assisting anyone. There is a line our the door to the enterance of pak n save amd most of us have been standing here for an hour, with still an hour to wait- ridiculous!!

Be careful if you pay cash, you must count the money in front of the stuff, and looking carefully when they count your money, don’t look other places or fill the docs, otherwise you may lose some money

First class service. Two ladies ready to help us when we arrived. They were helpful, professional and knowledgable.If you go to any bank at a busy time you might have a wait. We arrived early which probably helped. Can't fault this service.

One day, waited 20 min because the lady was on the phone. Because of the conversation, I can assume it was a friend of her. Another day I came 15 min. To close but the service was already shut down. It should not say they close at 7 if they won't receive people before that.

Came here 8.40pm and they were refusing service saying they were already closing up the till for the day and the system is off. The lady on the left was the one who served me and she really looked like she was done for the day and did not want to help at all. Even when I mentioned that this was my money for dinner, atleast change your hours on here to give customers more notice rather than being careless and denying the fact that you work for no1 currency!!

It's 10 am and the store is still not open... !!They already lost 5 customers since I arrived at 9 am this morning..So unprofessional . Maybe you guys should update your trading hours to 10 am and stop wasting your customers time !

Absolutely useless, long wait queues, after waiting for 20 minutes, was served by an Asian lady who does lack customer service experience, no greetings done,we went to exchange some foreign currency AND to pickup some cash from Western Union, when asked what was the rate, was advised you can calculate yourself ( hello what are you there for) we had 3 transactions and she was losing patience saying we have other customers on line so be quick and increasing her tone, she would not give us cash because their system had my middle name written under surname, whereas in my drivers license, my middle name was under first name.We went and tried another branch of same company and bingo , the lady was nice and all ID's accepted, money given.I am never going to Sylvia park branch again, the staff definitely need to be well trained and taught a lesson on how to deal with customers.

Hopeless customer service. Asked for rate ,was told why don't you calculate yourself. Goodness gracious ,The lady attendant Maori or pacific islander very rude with no customer service experience. So I went on Saturday again assuming next attendant will be of some experience, unfortunately she was no better than her. This Chinese lady doesn't even know where is middle name. I was told to ask whoever sent the money to write correctly, though ID provided matched. The tone she had was irritating. I went to different branch with no problem and excellent service. This branch needs to educate their staff. Will never go there again. Sylvia park branch.
