Very bad experience. Did the eyelash but very painful as she did not apply proper glue . Too .Bad service. Chargers full money and when I asked for the pain in my eye after putting lashes she said she can't gelp

This was the first time I visited Five Star Nails. Very clean establishment. My nail technician Hannah was very thorough, courteous and efficient. The staff looked very cute in their pink shirt n blue jeans. Owner was there to provide their personal touch. Lovely cup of tea.I would recommend Five Star Nails to everyone who needs nails done.

Their closing time is 7:00 pm on a Thursday and they denied doing my nails at 5:48 pm. I had an appointment at 5:30 but I was late. I suggest you change your operating hours if you’re not willing to take appointments an hour ahead of your closing time.

Had a pedicure with my partner, they were very busy (we did book) and waited 30 mins after our booking time. Staff were friendly and the premises were clean.

I really liked this place. The staff were friendly and took their time doing your nails. I got acrylic nail extensions with gel on top and the lady who worked with me was so kind. She started off conversation and carefully did my nails. I even got a nail art design and she did a phenomenal job.My only complaint is that she did not prepare my cuticles or nails beds prior to the service and that there are some areas around the sides of my nail that did not fully get colour.

Every time I’ve walked in for a manicure the staff seem genuinely annoyed for a customer to be there. Very rude, on their phones constantly and shouting across the salon in conversation. Ive gone back many times but each is exactly the same. I’ve learnt my lesson - never going there again!

Took my dear elderly Mum there today for a Christmas pamper of deluxe manicure and pedicure. We were greeted with smiles and all accomodations were given to us as my Mum is in a wheelchair. The staff were friendly, kind and very good at their craft. My Mum came away with a big smile on her face, love glittery festive nails and feeling totally pampered. Thank you so much to all the staff for making this a special outing for her. Highly recommend this professional nail salon to all AAA+.
