Amazing service. Have purchased a budget titanium wedding band to be my daily piece and to preserve my much more expensive gold ring. I decided to go with Village Goldsmith as they offer half sizes. Service was quick and the ring arrived within 2 1/2 weeks. The ring is very tidy and feels like a quality piece. Was also pleasantly surprised with the beautiful jewellery box it arrived in (considering the ring was under $200!)

The Village Goldsmith Jewelers in Wellington is a great Jewellery store that offers something for everyone, It's not your average store when you walk in with a great layout and unique features. There customer service is friendly and the staff know there stuff, Courtney was great to deal with she offered great advice when deciding on an item to purchase, The Jewellery in this shop is unique and very well made, Highly recommend The Village Goldsmith, Keep up the great work team

You know this place is different from the others as soon as you walk in and see the wall of actual living plants. Unlike competitors its not sterile and laboratory like. They craft pieces that belong rather than are imposed and are special. They provide a free service to keep them beautiful. You feel their work matters and you matter. you deal with crafts people not sales people, custom not mass produced and feel valued no matter what the budget - saved pocket money to high end, They are the only jewellers who can fasten the jewels without the obvious claws called Floeting so the diamond floats on the ring. I cant recomend them highly enought for their service over two decades to my family.

I had an engagement ring and two wedding rings made to order with VG in the last few years. The results were simply perfect, the service exceptional, and the price very reasonable. Cheaper than similar items sold off-the-shelf by other jewellers. Can't recommend highly enough.

They have the most beautiful jewellery and amazing craftspeople. Plus as an added bonus the service I have had has always been exceptional. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, friendly. Can answer questions and aren't afraid to say they need to find out. Also I love that I never feel like I'm getting the hard sell on something when I walk in the store, or that I am being judged. In so many high end jewelry stores I feel uncomfortable and out of place and that is not the case in the Village Goldsmith store. Thank you!

I recently had two rings redesigned by the VG. Their service is outstanding. Communication concise, clear and timely. Beautiful design no matter how small the job may be.
