We really appreciate all the work Maxine put in to help us buy our first home. We visited multiple houses and talked to multiple real estate agents and Maxine was the only person who to in the extra effort to show us around the neighbourhood and a few other properties for sale of which one we purchased. Fast forward to negotiation stage and Maxine was so helpful! Driving almost 40mins to our house so we can counter offer and organising extra house visits to measure curtain items in the property. Maxine and her team were absolutely amazing in helping us buy a home in Auckland. We were relocating so we were finding it hard to find something, view it, and secure it ourselves.
