Reef Aquaria

Helped me build me first reef tank - I chose Reef Aquaria because they didn’t try to ‘sell’ me anything but instead helped me learn and find what works for me. I now have a long term feeding strategy!

This fish store is hands-down the best saltwater fish store in Auckland with easy parking. When you first walk inside the store you can already tell that they take very good care of their tanks not one of their tanks is dirty. The staff here is super friendly and very informative so don't worry if you don't know how to take care of something they are more than welcome to help you and to talk over how to take care of things. We had went to the store to buy some corals and left with more knowledge of how to better take care of them. It's honestly refreshing to see people that care about their customers and not just about money you could really tell that they care about their corals their fish and definitely they care about their customers. I recommend everyone go to the store if you want fish or corals even if you are just starting your first tank go here they are so informative and make it so easy to understand how to take care of your tanks. Thank you again everyone that works in the store for making this experience so easy and enjoyable I really appreciate it!

Owner’s attitude, they maybe have good product but bad service.

I've been thinking about setting up a new aquarium, but I'm quite inexperienced. The shop manager was very polite and explained that marine wasnt the best idea for me, and was very helpful to understand the special needs of marine fish. I didnt buy anything here, but learned some stuff and saw some amazing marine species. Well worth a visit!

Great amount of stock and some nice coral but fish tanks are dirty which put me off buying anything
