Recently I had a repair job gone wrong on my vehicle. GWD Motor Group was recommended to me to help remedy the error, and I can not say enough about the service I received. The staff goes above and beyond for costumer satisfaction, and takes extra time to educate their clients about any issues on the actual mechanics causing trouble within the vehicle to help their clients make an informed decision. Six out of five stars!

Very pathetic customer service by team leader mark and rude behaviour. They quote me 12 v battery for $ 466 when I ordered and charged me $491 when I went for pickup by adding freight charges totally rip off.Never ever I paid for freight charges when I picked from stores.Not recommended for any service be careful guys.

Very friendly patient and helpful staff. They really take the time to understand and explain things to you. Amazingly quick service wether it was customer service, for replacement and changing of parts!

Excellent customer service. Went the extra mile for us and saved the day. We needed urgent help and they were available straight away. They fixed our broken down car in super quick time. Came under quote too! Friendly, genuine people. Thank you to Kazz and the team :)

On site service and client support is always exceptional.... but make certain you make it very very clear and concise what's needed re servicing etc..... Things DO get lost in translation .....

The service Department is exceptional. Always Professional from the time of booking and very accommodating. Recently made an urgent repair at short notice which was appreciated. Highly recommend this team.

****AVOID AT ALL COSTS *****I cannot express my frustration enough regarding my recent visit to GWD Motor Group for a warrant of fitness. I entrusted them with my car, giving them permission to address any minor issues that needed fixing. However, to my utter disappointment, not only did my car fail the WOF as claimed by GWD, but their abysmal customer service left me seething with anger.What infuriates me the most is the complete lack of communication from GWD. They did not bother to pick up the phone to inform me of any issues, nor did they utilize the preapproved funds I had authorized. The audacity! And to make matters worse, their staff member, Leona, was shockingly rude and aggressive when I tried to inquire about the situation. This turned what should have been a simple task into an extremely stressful and aggravating experience.As if that weren't enough, I immediately took my car to VTNZ right after leaving GWD. Lo and behold, my car sailed through the WOF at VTNZ without a hitch. This leads me to believe that GWD was merely attempting to fabricate problems to drum up unnecessary business. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of GWD Motor Group at all costs.Such unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and rude behaviour should not be tolerated from any service provider. Save yourself the trouble and find a trustworthy and reputable alternative to GWD Motor Group.

Terrible experience with the Service Centre from start to finish. Difficult to chase up, weren't able to diagnose, fix or explain problems, and were very expensive.
