Who are you really? I googled Bay of Islands Information centre and came up with your number. Picked up by a lady who was clueless who then passed me onto another person. She was not helpful and RUDE. I was trying to explain our situation as we needed help with directions. Yes, we tried Google map which gave us a wrong direction. She kept telling me to listen to her in a condescending tone and didn't sound like she was keen to help.. I wouldn't have called if we didn't need help, she wasn't listening to our situation. Worst customer service ever. If you're not visitor information then change your name, seems like you're only interested in taking tour bookings.
