Easy access and great location of SH1 Horotiu, Hamilton - stunning Showhome.

Keith Hay Homes Hamilton built my transportable 3 bedroom home and I am extremely pleased with the finished result. From the start of the whole process I felt really confident because the Hamilton staff were listening to me, and were prepared to go to all lengths to accommodate my wish-list and specific requests. I love my new home and it is just what I wanted. It has exceeded my expectations and I want to thank Rhys, Bruce and all the team.

Learnt so much about transportable home. The man himself was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly.

Rhys and Robert at Keith Hayes in Hamilton have been a true delight to work with. They have both kept us informed through out the building process and made us feel valued as customers to the business. Whenever we have had queries or wanted to change something in the design of the home this has not been an issue. Since the house has been on site there was an issue with the wallpaper, Rhys and Robert were quick to rectify and made no issue of doing so resulting in a stunning job.We would highly recommend Keith Haye and more specifically Rhys and Robert.We look forward to day we build our next home with Keith Haye.

We have been waiting over 7 months for a house we were told would take 3-4 months the only reason we signed up with them! We have been left living in a 6x2.7m cabin with 3 kids because they didn't bother to tell us it would take 3-4months longer, would not answer questions or emails or take any responsibility for delay at all! Terrible service and communication do not believe a word they say unless written in a contract and even then I would not.Our house has now been delivered we have numerous plumbing and electrical problems, paint and workmanship including skirting needing to be replaced and kitchen needing to be redone, we we're advised by building association of nz to get a lawyer as it is built to the wrong earth quake and climate zones!!! The list goes on and on and on and we are still waiting on David Hay to give us a date to start fixing these problems?!!

Impressive homes.

From start to finish we have thoroughly enjoyed our association with the team at Keith Hay Horotiu who have been nothing but helpful, approachable and communicative throughout our building journey. We met with many different builders while exploring our options, but ultimately it was the friendly, personal approach of our initial interactions that sold it to us, aswell as the realistic, honest advise (no false, sugar coated timelines) and flexibility of plans.Despite us encountering many hurdles from the Council, Rhys continued to support and work with us to gain the outcome we wanted, and was never too busy to answer our questions or review the lengthy emails and reports. And from the moment the council consents were issued and the green light to build had been given, everything was accurately time-lined out - with the house arriving on the predicted day with no delays or suprises.The weekly progress emails (including pictures) of our build on the yard prior to delivery were awesome, and the whole family looked forward to receiving these each Friday night. Once the house was delivered and on site, Robert and his team worked efficiently to ensure code of compliance was issued within the estimated 3 weeks. We now have a beautiful, new 4 bedroom home to enjoy and we are thoroughly happy with the product. Should we ever think about building in the future we would certainly look to use Keith Hay Holmes Horotiu again.Our sincerest thanks to Rhys, Robert and Claire for their hand in helping us create our dream family home.Katie and Royce Wigmore
