I am so impressed! Not only was the order exactly what I asked for (and then some!), it was delivered by someone who was super-friendly to my mum who just turned 75. They paid attention to my special requests re proteas and a 'bright arrangement' (It is winter in NZ) and they delivered on time! I'm in Canada and it's so great to finally find a florist that I can order from online and be confident my family in New Zealand will receive what I see! I ordered the extra large Dramatic Tropical Flower Bouquet and had it delivered to my sister to congatulate her for graduating.They were the biggest, brightest and most breathtaking bouquet of flowers ever! She absolutely loved them and couldn't get over how huuuuge they were! They took up half her dining table and that's a large McDs drink next to them!I definitely got my monies worth and because of the types of flowers in the arrangement my sister will able to admire them for at least a couple of weeks.If you order this bouquet the lucky person who receives it will absolutely love them and know how special they are to you!Online ordering was super easy, service was exceptional as they sent me a photo of the bouquet without asking for one (I live in Australia....) and the delivery was on time.

I live in Australia and wanted to send my daughter in Auckland NZ flowers for her birthday. I found Best Blooms and decided to choose them and they were awesome, the whole process was made so easy and my daughter loved her flowers which arrived as scheduled on her birthday. We purchased a beautiful fresh flowered wreath for a really good family friend of ours, whose grandmother had passed away. They made the flower wreath arrangement, just how I imagined it, and even got a phone call asking what colour ribbon I wanted to use and they were just amazing! And our family friends were so surprised and said it was vibrant and colourful, just like their grandmother!Another thing we thought was amazing was the fact that we got to see what our arrangement looked like before it get sent away. We have NEVER EVER had that before with any florist shop. Usually, you order flowers for your loved ones, but we always wondered did the flowers we ordered look ok? Did they love it? Is it what we wanted and visioned?And this was perfect, being kept in the loop about the flower wreath we ordered! AMAZING! And would use them again, and I highly recommend them to other potential clients! You won't be disappointed!
