ACE Towing & Heavy Haulage - Hamilton & Waikato

Broke my key ignition trying to start my car! left windows down so car is mouldy and yuck !!! And couple of plastic interior is BROKEN ! When I tried to ask about what happened they ignored me at the door! Utterly disgusting customer service!

I wish i could rate it 0, poor customer service and asked for over $500 plus GST towing from Cambridge to Hamilton which other towing companies charge $180 plus GST, never waste your time to call them

Very unprofessional manner in person and, do not recommend at all, only interest they have is in police business and stealing property for police unlawful seizures. Unable to contact main office as calls are diverted to whomever they please. operators just doing their job but the company as a corporates are inadequate

Had a disaster happen at the start of the week the boys at Ace towing got my car where it needed to be and helped me not have a mental breakdown. Great service highly recommend

Don't get your vehicle towed into their yard, on the weekend. Get it towed directly to a mechanic. Usually, the storage rate is $15/Day, but when you get it towed on the weekend this increases to $100/Day. Other than the ridiculous pricing, the towman was professional, courteous and efficient.

My vechile was impounded because my friend drove it without my permission and had no licence. No blame towards the police or impound co. Total blame on my friend. After 56 days with ace towing I received my $8500 car back full of mould. I have called at least 8 times emailed multiple time, called the after hours service and no reply to emails and every pH call I get give us your pH number and someone will call back. This is the worst service I have ever ex8perienced. No body calls back, no body can say who a supervisor or manager is and when I asked for the photo proof from ace towing I was told no i couldn't have it.

Ladies on the phone are so rude! called at 7am to lodge a complaint about someone parking in my car park. I ring back a few hours later and they inform me that it hadn't even been lodged so the first lady i talked too didn't even lodge it. 5 hours later they finally come and don't tow the car because the car owner told them a sob story.

Awful customer service. My car was towed here after it was stolen. Things went missing from it that were confirmed to have still been there by police. Really disappointing. Do better.

Rude and unprofessional service on the phone. Do not use as they are rip offs. Quoted over $600 to tow a vehicle about 5 km and other towing companies in the area where just over $100
