Awesome company to work with, highly recommended.

Used onsite rentals for a funeral and constantly dealt with poor customer service, from the initial meeting with the lady at the front desk. Workers there lack basic common sense, and shows clearly through how they deal with their customers. A bad experience and won't ever go back to them for my next event. Would not recommend to anyone.

This company were amazing from booking all the way to clean up. So easy to deal with, the food was excellent, the cracking that comes with the pork was a winner, veges and salads all fresh and delicious. Excellent variety of bread rolls. The staff are well presented and very professional. We will be using this company again.

We moved 2 difficult and big items intercity with Onsite. Their team were friendly, helpful, efficient and did a great job. Job was also well priced. Highly recommended, and thank you.

Just trying to right the wrongs of the 2, 1 star reviews by Momota.We use Onsite Rentals regularly, prior to and over lock-down, even into level 1 we've been renting from them for a long time and have found no issue with their customer service and common sense.

This company was the worst for business old guy who we assume was in charge was upset with the thousands of questions we had asked was rude and a sook about it all after we wanted to call another company we used previously to verify the size we were wanting but he got so upset and ended up cancelling our booking and implying we would wreck it based on our ethnicity recorded him as proof as he was unable to comprehend how poorly he was treating customers, would never recommend this company ever or would highly highly recommended a manager on hand at all times that has experience with customers questions. This company is a complete Joke and the old man is a joke too get your customer service in order or stay inside and let others deal with customers.
