A total waste of our time.. started OK .. then failed to show for final check measure (without giving notice.)3 1/2 weeks later did final measure.Three texts followed saying updated plans would be sent within days.No explanation given, updated plans NEVER received.Product looked good but communication HOPELESS!!Simply put.. going elsewhere.

Over the past few years I have used Munns Kitchens for several kitchens. They are fantastic value for money and beautiful granite benchtops. I have also had them do composite benchtops which I am very happy with. Good finish on cabinetry.

The reception girl Rachel is very rude, and is very unprofessional. We’ve been waiting for our sink for nearly 1 year now when we showed up to the show room to pick the sink up she was rude didn’t have our sink, did not follow up with where the sink was for months and muck us around. I had to stay and push to get 1 answer which was still no sink, she has a poor attitude and is very bad for the business.

Lovely friendly trader. Great planter pots, but very heavy at over 50kgs each!!!

Munns are an outstanding small family kitchen company. They really know their stuff and have excellent machines, tools and materials. They are able to custom make quickly exactly what you want and have relatively short lead times and reasonable prices. After a huge amount of research we put a small island kitchen in our home and they helped with everything from design to install, except for a few days when I couldn’t get hold of them (they are so darn busy!) the whole process was handled really well. We are really happy with the result, it’s a delight to cook in! I’d highly recommend the team at Munns.

After sale service is very poor. It's been 1 year, we are still waiting for laundry to be completed, shelves are missing, wardrobe shelves are incomplete, draws are not soft closing, they hang out! Communication and correspondence is lacking. I am sure my laundry basket that was not installed but delivered at Munns showroom. Is gathering dust! Please complete the pending items as per various phone calls. Thank u!

I highly recommend Munns Kitchens. I have just had a large set of seven custom made acrylic cupboards installed in my garage 4300mm long, 600mm deep and 2400 mm high There was a slight misunderstanding in the size of one of the cupboards which they replaced free of charge and even let me keep the one they replaced for free. The quality and the installation was outstanding. The cupboards were very good value for money and I would fully recommend that you obtain a price from Munns before commencing your next project.

I have been waiting 2 months for someone to come and fix a faulty bench top they installed in my laundry which had a chip in it that looked like it had been repaired before installation. No one can confirm when someone will come and fix this and I just keep getting emails to say they are trying to find someone or that they can't send someone. I would not recommend this company based on their lack of customer service towards paying customers. Quite happy to turn up and quote a job but not fix anything that is their fault.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Munn Kitchen, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. From start to finish, the service provided by Munn was absolutely abysmal.First and foremost, Munn himself proved to be an incredibly ridiculous person to deal with. His attitude was unprofessional, and he lacked basic customer service skills. It seemed as though he had no regard for his customers' satisfaction or needs.What made matters even worse was the fact that after providing a pricing quote, Munn decided to back out and change the product we had agreed upon. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of integrity and commitment to his customers.Furthermore, I had heard positive things about Munn's son, Sunny, and his talent in the kitchen. However, based on my experience, it appears that his father wasted his talents and failed to deliver his nice Art.Overall, I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with Munn Kitchen. Their service was appalling, their pricing was unreliable, and their lack of professionalism was evident throughout the entire process.
