I arrived midway through a drive/cycle South Island tour with two broken bikes. Had a gravel bike with broken 105 shift lever and stuck through axle on a mountain bike. Graeme fit me into his schedule and sorted both, sourcing appropriate parts, to get me back in the saddle ready for the next leg. Impressive service, very reasonable prices, and assistance much appreciated.
