Check First House Inspections

Glen helped me purchase my first home. He inspected three houses for me. I found his verbal reports to be very useful to help me make a quick decision if I would purchase the house or not.Thanks to Glen's expertise I was able to avoid buying a house in Onehunga that did not have Council Consent for the additional work they had done around the house.Strongly recommended to use Glen and his team!

Avoid these guys like the plague. Used Scott for an inspection of a property we purchased. After purchasing the property we found the shower had a major leak that leaked all the way through to the downstairs rooms. The insurance assessor came with a moisture detector and it lit up like a christmas tree all through the bathroom, bedroom behind the bathroom and the room downstairs where the moisture had been gathering. When i asked Scott why he hadnt detected any of this he told me that they only moisture test around the windows and to go see my insurance company. Extremely poor service that ended us costing us thousands to rectify and would not reccomend to anybody!

Terrible experience, not at all professional , just money minded people who don't even own up to their mistake. we had so many issues in the house after the house was inspected through their company. Not at all recommended. Their report cannot be trusted and I wasted my $375 as some of the important issues were not highlighted. On top of that they offer u cash price without GST to trap us further. I regret getting a report through them , the money could be slightly less than others but its total waste.
