Bought a new s23 ultra from this store a week ago. The salesperson botched the screen protector Install. They said they would call me when another one was In stock from the rangiora store. Still haven't heard back. I can't imagine it takes a week for a part to transfer from a store in the same area. I've now had to get another one Installed elsewhere by someone that knows how to do their job. A refund would be nice.

Purchased a Galaxy Fold 4 on Sunday 9 January along with another Galaxy phone and extremely disappointed with the service. No offer to show how to use the phone or transfer contacts etc from my old phone to the new one, just told it is easy you can do it yourself. However have not been able to use the phone to see if I can because I was not told or offered to purchase as an accessory the power plug so I could charge it. The woman who served me was preoccupied with getting a bed delivered and kept communicating with her daughter! Phone came with a cable only, as this did not fit into any of my other Samsung power plugs I rung Vodafone on Monday and was told that Samsung did not supply a power plug anymore and I should have been made aware of this and other accessories by the store. I asked how are you supposed to charge the phone and was told that I needed to go back into the store and purchase a brick to which I replied NO, the store failed to give me the right information they can courier one to me as I would not get back in town this week. Was also told that they would contact the store and provide them with this feedback and get them to contact me, the store has had almost 24 hours to contact me and has not done so. Pretty sure you can figure out who I am so please ring me or respond to this review with your contact details and I will phone you.

I attempted to switch from my current provider to Vodafone. What followed was at least 10 hours over 3-4 days trying to communicate with them to have an issue with porting my number across resolved.I dealt with at least 10 different people.The majority of their support staff are not native English speakers, which made things very difficult. They clearly could not understand what I was asking and continually offered me services I didn't want or ask for.I was promised callbacks and even a callback to confirm I had received a call.None of which I received.After going around in circles for days, I finally had to lodge a dispute with the Telecommunications Ombudsman in order to get the matter resolved.

Vodafone used to be great. Go on about Ninjas. First theres not enough staff and the guy who helped knew nothing about the phones. Apparently no difference between the 899 phone he first told me I needed or the next 5 i had to ask about or the 299 one I ended up buying. After waiting for a staff member I then had to wait till he served the guy that walked in after me. Vodafone is nothing on what it used to be.

Sam was great to deal with, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I did however get the unwelcome feeling when walking in which made the experience a lot worse, i’m sure most customers would agree.

I called into OneNZ store at Northlands to solve problems with my Mobile and Broadband accounts. After spending hours online yesterday with robots and people thousands of km's away and little results the staff at Northlands had everything fixed for me in 10 minutes. Wonderful!

Awful experience, first time I went in was to get my stolen phone blacklisted. Was helped" by an Indian man who I believe to be a manager maybe. I was told that I could not get my stolen phone blacklisted with ought the original purchase receipt (bought phone second hand) and he was very rude about it and clearly enjoyed telling people no (called Vodafones 0800 number and was sorted within MINUTES)The second time I went into the store requesting a new SIM card as my current one was the wrong size and to get my number transferred to a new one.
