Whatever you do, don’t let the outside building or location fool you. The people, the service and the magnificent food is a true credit to them. The wonderful owner and her amazing daughters and team do a cracker job of looking after everyone. Absolute top notch service and always with a smile. Special note for Ayce who made visits by my wife and I a highlight. The whole team is warm and friendly and the food was faultless. If holidaying like we were from Australia and needing to fly out of Christchurch this is a great last night meal stop. When we return to New Zealand we won’t be bypassing this place.

Awesome place, plenty of parking and Awesome staff, friendly locals, and good food. The room I stayed in was very nice also lot's of room for trucks. Will definitely be coming back

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but such a great spot. Big portions and good quality, highly recommend the lamb shank with mash!!

Stayed here for work while in the South Island would happily stay here again friendly staff.. great rooms..great menu and awesome atmosphere...
