Bachcare Marlborough

Bachcare is an awful company with the worst and most disrespectful cancellation policy I have ever seen. We didn't think to read deep into the Ts&Cs after seeing our booking was cancellable excluding the service fee ($180). Now when trying to cancel with 8 months notice (and for valid reason) we're told our bond ($1,000) will be withheld too, despite the fact the home is in a popular area and would be easily rentable over this period! I think this company is really unreasonable and it's a shame to see for NZ. Use Air BnB, don't rent with or use Bachcare!!
