I visited the dealership last week and was extremely impressed. I was greeted by a very friendly and no pressure salesman, Jeremy, who has good knowledge of the stock, and he put no pressure on me at any stage. He was interested in what I was looking for not just trying to sell what they had on the yard. He showed me a couple of options in the category I was looking for, and sent me on a test drive so I could get the feel of one of the vehicles. The stock they have is very high quality and was so well priced I didn't even bother trying to bargain with him. I had been looking online for some time, and felt it would have been insulting because the prices were very fair. He organized a mechanical inspection and made the whole process of purchasing hassle free. I met Andre also when he came out and chatted when I got back from the test drive, and he was genuine about the vehicle to the point that I purchased with confidence. The service didn't stop after I signed the sales and purchase agreement either. If you are looking for a quality vehicle at a good price, and you are tired of high pressure salespeople I recommend you give them a call. I was only visiting Christchurch for a couple of days, so they have arranged to send the vehicle up north to where I live. I am very happy that I walked onto the yard. Thank you Jeremy and Andre for making it an easy and relaxing encounter. I thought it was going to be a real chore finding the right vehicle but it was pleasant. I am very pleased.

These guys are awesome, just purchased a Toyota hiace from them and there customer service and getting the best price for me with a trade in included was great. I didnt feel any pressure to buy. Steve and his workmates are very friendly. They went to great length to facilitate my purchase. They even delivered the car to airport and put some extra fuel in it for free. Aftersales part replacement for my car was tricky but again they endeavored to fulfill it. I'm very impressed. Very happy customer. From the moment we walked in to the car yard they were very welcoming.It was my first time going in to a dealership to buy a car for myself.I wasn't planning to buy a vehicle that day but I did and Steve made the sale so simple and straightforward and continued to deal with us even on his days off. Super happy. Hopman will definitely be our first stop when we are ready to buy another car.

Steve and his colleagues took pity on my situation. I had already preordered a 12 seater van from them, which was still a few weeks away from landing. Then an enormous Nor West wind versus garage roof versus my red Mitsi versus no bus service from Oxford area. Not a problem for Hopmans, who quickly offered up a courtesy hybrid Aqua for my use until the van arrived. Also appreciated the no pressure to buy approach. After sales they are also approachable with any queries regarding COFs, etc.

I was cautious about buying sight unseen and having the vehicle shipped up to the North Island. However George and the team did a great job, clear and quick with replying to my questions and helpful in sorting out the freight. when the vehicle arrived it was as advertised and has been great. When a second key and remote start was found inadvertently left at their car groomers they acknowledged the mistake and couriered them up to me.In my research I read reviews on several dealerships and Hopman Motor Group stood out as having happy customers so thought I'd help build the chorus of voices singing their praises.

Absolutely A+ service! From my first phone call with Harrison, going through paperwork with Glen, shipping it up to Auckland and right up until i received the van - it was a fantastic experience! They were super fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with! So happy with our vehicle and i can't recommend them enough!
