Bad place to repair computers or cell phone, they charge 80 dollars for an inspection(first), then they charge 40 dollars more for a full inspection, so that they finally charge you for the change of part and labor, that is, you end up paying 4 times more.They do not return inspection money, I lost 80 dollars and they want to charge me more for something they still do not know what it is.It's crazy!!!!!

Great experience. Didn't know how a case would look on my S22 ultra and he was more than happy to open the packet and let me have a look. So much cases to choose from and other options in store to.Thank you for the great experience will be back again

They buy phones, Asked my phone for a offer, he offered me $60 to buy my phone, i sold to other business for $220. This guy is a joke.

I dropped my phone and the lcd display got damaged so I went in asked how much it would be to fix the display, 230 dollars. Politely left and went to another phone repair store and they charged me 120 dollars for a replacement. Do yourselfs a favour and don’t come here if you want to get scammed.

Very quick and efficient service, repaired my phone in about 4 hours.

Please do yourself a favour and do not use this business. We took my sons iPad in for repairs (which did not have a broken screen). He charged us $200 for a new screen stating this was the issue. We got it home and the problem persisted. We returned within our warranty period and he decided it was a new problem not covered under the warranty, he then tried to charge us for an examination of the item for a second time. In other words we paid to fix something they was not required and still had an iPad that wasn’t working. Coscos on Blenheim Rd are great and honest, please go to them and not this business.

Went to get a new screen for my mobile. Guy on the counter barely looked up, I know he was working on something, but was very rude and short with me. Practically grab the phone of me and asked another guy to check to see if they had a screen, they didn't and he just put the phone down, said no and kept on working. Really bad customer service. Rude and short with the customer.

The customer service is poor and they are not selling quality products. They have sold me screen protector for my phone which after one week I couldn't even see my screen properly. I've complained and they said this is what it is and I should get a better product!!!I purchased the best they offered for the second time but as soon as they fit it I've found a big circle on finger print scanner area and they said it has to be otherwise I can't use finger print function. I also had to change the sensibility in order to have the finger print scanned. This new screen protector is still causing a lot of problems with scanning finger prints and it's now cracked for no reason.I think they need to be honest with customers!!!!
