Terrible Quality , Poor after service.This is what happened if they installed a solar powered system for you, those solar pannels were mounted on my roof and caused leaking stright into my house.I have been talked to them about this problem for about six months now, nothing has been fixed.

We had our system installed mid last year, had experienced delays (due to Covid) and an issue with the battery, but these guys are awesome, they made sure that the problems are resolved. Everyone we come across in the company is professional and friendly. Having solar power is good for environment, also avoid the inconvenience when there is power cut. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their products, service and after sales support.

Who would expect under such sunshine, your solar power system doesn’t working, and I has been told that it will only back to work when the power outages haven been resolved. Please , if it doesn’t going to work during power outage, then why would I even bother to have it?Also can you please tell me since your bolts directly penetrate through the roof is there any risk of leaking, it doesn't look like you have done any waterproof work with those bolts.

Got the Alpha ESS Smile 5. Had inverter issues during the Auckland storm & China hols as well. This slowed comms as to the issue. Waited long time for resolution. Eventaully they replaced the inverter with no fuss once they ascertained what the fault was. I must add that their tech/ intermediary Hira is good and efficent to deal with and responded quickly and informatively. Systems will inevitably have issues, but the speed and manner of resolution is important.

Inept installation, woeful customer service, avoid this company like the plague, there are plenty of other Solar organisations in Auckland/NZ.Postscript:=========It is so disappointing to come across yet another small kiwi company that fails to get the basics right.Having ignored my emails, not once called me to discuss the matter and then threatened me with debt collectors they have now taken to the internet to try and publicly contradict and shame me.Had they called me, I would have told them yet again how the quantity of hot water had reduced over the previous months (as the amount of sunshine decreased) and after finally getting a response from them, THEY advised changing the settings to resolve the issue. I would have gone on to tell them how my autistic son smashed a hole in the bathroom wall because we kept running out of hot water, while also trying to navigate through the challenges of a global pandemic, lockdowns and homeschooling three teenagers. But I doubt telling them any of this would matter as they'd prefer to blame me for the problem and then charge me for it.Roland, I suggest you make this a learning moment, accept responsibility for the actions of your organisation and take the opportunity to send you and your staff on a basic Customer Service course. There are plenty on the internet but I'd be happy to point you in the right direction.Also, now might be a good time to reacquaint yourself with some of the basic rules of business, notably the first rule, that The Customer is always right".Once you have done these things and implemented the changes
