Called Dave at McIvor Plumbers May 27 and discussed my drainage problems. The basement toilet keeps flooding and we have to keep getting the drains flushed. Dave said he would organise somebody to camera inspect the drains to locate the problem and fix it. Today is June 19 and nothing from Dave. So i called and asked Dave why nothing had happened concerning my drain. He said he was busy. The job was in the computer but keep getting put off.In that time, i could have had another flood. He could have just called to say he was too busy, then i could have arranged for somebody else to do the job.Totally unprofessional and i certainly would not recommend McIvor Plumbers to anyone.

Contacted Dave to have an old hot water cylinder replaced, the service was top quality, price was exactly as expected and the end result was better than expected.

Just had new gas hot water system fitted very professional workmanship to very high standard these guys know there stuff.Would recommend hands down .

Superior service when we called after a wee accident after hours. Such value for money. 10/10 will recommend on.

Attention to detail great staff

Dave and his team were excellent. They had communication from the outset, and continued to be communicative throughout the process. Dave did really clear expectation setting and provided a thorough quote. The work team was polite and efficient, and the final install works great and looks tidy. They really went above and beyond, including when they spotted and tended to a preexisting leak. I highly recommend them for quality and professional service provision.
