Went in to hire a piece of machinery to do a home maintenance job. We were helped by an extremely knowledgeable young woman who also had a wonderful manner that was both respectful and service oriented. A real asset to her company. Very impressed.

I don't know weather it was just a bad a day or the team are just poorly organized but I felt frustrated with my Hirepool experience. The machinery maintenance seems to be minimal and customer safety doesn't seem to be much of a concern to the staff.

Staff are pretty helpfull. A wee tip - if you hire something for a half day in the afternoon they normally let you bring it back first thing the next day.
