Sadly your professionalism towards oder cars lacks respect in service.I've had to fix your mistakes and your lack of enthusiasm even though my insurance brokers paid you top dollar.And no, I will NOT be returning just for you to fix what was needed in the 1st place. This old dog and his old bird will go elsewhere in future!

Very very happy with my experience with Napier Collision Repair, after my first fender bender they truly made the whole process very easy.They went above and beyond, not only does the bumper look amazing but I noticed other little things done also.Late model loan cars at no charge.Very happy staff to deal with.

A game of two halves. I reversed into my wife’s car. They did a great job on hers, vaulted it and it was immaculate. Mine, they repaired, but it was left filthy. Had to clean paint chips and debris out of the trunk and they left polish powder all over the bits of the car they polished.Seemed like a half arsed rush job despite taking a week

Good quality workmanship and dine in a timely manner. I think $25 for a courtesy car is a bit steep if you return with more fuel than it was lent out with. Effectively are subsidising customers who don’t tip up the fuel.
