I recently had a significant house fire and requested copies of my receipts. Unfortunately there is no record of the two headboards I purchased in 2022I had two staff members actively searching for any reference to their purchase.Unfortunately they were unable to locate any references so I will return as soon as I can with photographs and hopefully information from behind the actual head board which I never knew was there

Everything is very nicely displayed and organized. I like the explanation cards that are available for the product. The male staff member who was filling in from the Cambridge branch was very informative and friendly. There are a lot of car parks available and designated disabled parking.

We found the service at bedrus Te rapa amazing. Kathleen was like a fresh of fresh air, helpful and friendly, going out of her way to find us exactly what we wanted. We love our new chiropractor queen mattress. No more aches and pains. Thank you Kathleen, thank you, BedRus

We had the best service in our Cambridge store, they made choosing a bed easy for our two kids , also what to give the lovely delivery team Kyle & Caydon a 10 out of 10 for there service they set up the beds and were lovely to chat to ,just the best all round in services and super friendly thanks heaps team

The sales staff was very welcoming, especially Jessie.The bad experience was after I paid. I ordered a Queen size mattress from sleepyhead escape collection. Due to the New Year public holiday, I went to their warehouse to pick up the mattress together with the store staff. when I arrived home, I found out that the mattress they gave me was not the one I ordered. After the day I had to re-rent a vehicle to exchange the mattress , and the store staff didn't offer any compensation when they know what happens there. Although I can understand that anyone can make mistakes, so I was going to get the right mattress and forget about it.The ridiculous thing is until I opened the package only to find out that I paid almost $3000 for a mattress with some hairs and a small stain on it.Tired to return and exchange, happy new year anyway everyone

Recommend going here to buy a bed as they made the whole confusing bed buying thing really easy which was great given how many options are available. Dan was really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and helped make the whole process so simple. Very happy with the purchase from 6 months ago.
