HUAPAI LAUNDROMAT
We took in our white sheets and quilt, straight off the bed and into the laundry basket, in for a service wash and dry. When we picked it up it was stained by a blue pen then was left in their washing machine, same type of pen as they have in the desk. The staff then just dried it which fixed the stain in. They did not tell us and I only found out when I dried it again as it was still damp. They accepted no responsibility. We refused to accept this so they washed it again, it is still stained but the staff would not give us the manager's contact number and just shrugged us off. Do not trust them with your washing.

HUAPAI LAUNDROMAT
I took 4 sets of white sheets to dry at huapai laundromat and they came out with black grease marks all over them from the dryer. I went back in to tell staff and see what they could do as the sheets value up to around $1000 and they are ruined now the stains won’t come out- I was told it wasn’t their responsibility and they made no effort to rectify the situation. Very disappointed and now I have to replace all my sheets.

Walked in to do some washing and this creepy old indian walked up to me and tried to grab my washing basket. Creepy weirdo couldnt speak english which didnt help. I gathered he worked there in some capacity but what a weirdo i left and never been back

HUAPAI LAUNDROMAT
Dirty machines, dirty place in general, washing machines take longer than says, and machines 'ate' my coins, will not be using this laundromat again. Never thought cleaning my clothes would feel so dirty!

HUAPAI LAUNDROMAT
Washed towels on warm wash and they stunk afterward. Realised the machine itself had a strong smell to it. Had to rewash towels when got home waste of time, money and my tank water.

HUAPAI LAUNDROMAT
I had a mattress protector washed and dried and when I went to collect six days later after Easter holiday it had been stolen. Make sure you pick up immediately! I think they probably need some way of keeping it safe when you pay extra for a drop off service.

HUAPAI LAUNDROMAT
Washing machines take longer than expected. The cycle did not finish and myself and 3 other customers were there with faulty washing machines. Appalling customer service from the male who came out to try and “fix the issue.” Opted for a refund and left for another laundromat - will not be taking my washing there anymore.

HUAPAI LAUNDROMAT
At least it's open on Boxing Day - but.. floor is unswept, bins not emptied, it's just dirty. We can safely assume the lint filters haven't been cleaned today, which would explain why the washing is taking so long to dry. Note to owners: take a look inside a Crystal Laundromat sometime, they have the same equipment but it's cleaned meticulously every day.

HUAPAI LAUNDROMAT
Waiting to use dryer. There's 9 dryers with clothes in it but cycle finished.Had to wait for someone to empty the dryer so I can use.
