I always get great friendly service here . John is a top bloke and always makes me smile with his positive manner. All the staff are consistently helpful and welcoming .

My No.1 Favourite Petrol Station in out very Quick Great Friendly Service as Always

Went there this afternoon, no one came out to serve me. I looked in and saw them around thecounter talking and laughing. When I had just about filled my tank young guy comes out and says he'll finish it. I said thanks but no thanks ( no point, my car was almost full ) .Went in to pay ( Dorin? ) girl behind the counter didn't acknowledge me (looked bored ) punched in my amount to pay and continued doing other things again ignoring me.I thought the service at this station was horrendous.I said I never encountered such lack of service, girl said I could always go across the road to the competitors.This was my first time at this station and it scar-ed me. I won't be going back. EVERI did notice the other customers driving in were Caucasian and the court service guy went out immediately.Am forwarding this review onto Head Office

John green is a legend. The young woman on a sunday morning early is so welcoming and helpful.

The two stars are for the friendly guy who's usually on at the weekend. No stars for the other grumpy guy who served us a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday and filled my car without asking how much I wanted. $106. Lucky I could pay. Was rude to my daughter and his way of solving the problem told her to learn to pump petrol herself. This was in front of three other customers. How rude. No-one stepped in to help my daughter either. I have severe arthritis and can't pump for myself. My daughter has a physical problem that means she can't lift anything heavy and hold it for any length of time. It is a simple customer service for a staff member to come out and do it for us. How do you deal with people in wheelchairs you nasty little man? Do you tell them to go away?Manager very embarrassed and upset at this staff members behaviour and was going to deal with it when he got back from holiday. I hope he enjoyed his holiday because we were so shocked and upset about this incident it made us feel very undervalued as frequent customers at this garage. He was so rude in front of other customers to my daughter. He should have been sacked as far as I a concerned.

We had a lovely and extremely helpful Sammi and Darren give us a hand out of a tight spot on Sunday :) Had run out of petrol, went to fill it up and the damn petrol cover wouldn't come off !!! We got there in the end with their help and a few tools!! Thanks so much again guys

Been going here for years. That won't change. Great staff.
