One of the best restaurants we have visited. The food was of the highest standard. Great selection of wines. Staff were very polite and helpful. Their knowledge of wines was also helpful. The setting at Paroa Bay is beautiful. We will return.

Wonderful experience. The view is breathtaking, the staff friendly and attentive, high quality wine and a menu that looked so good it was difficult to choose. The risotto was one of the nicest I’ve ever had.

Easily 5 stars!! I really can't fault anything! Amazing scenery, service and food!! The staff were incredibly attentive while still being laidback which created a relaxing vibe. We had the fish pate, pork belly, crayfish & gin salad and fresh snapper for main, Soooo delicious!. The only criticism would be the portion of crayfish was really rather small other than that a perfect romantic lunch! We finished with the quark dessert which was prefect not too sweet, I could eat it again right now!

Great meal. The view is amazing and we were there on a rainy overcast day. We made our reservation earlier in the week as we were sailing around the bay of islands. They came down to beach and picked us up and drive us up to restaurant it was very nice. Attached pictures of the food which was great and wine paired nicely.

Went to the sage restaurant for a wine tasting. I personally do not like wine that much but the others absolutely loved it. All the wines were perfect. I ordered an espresso martini as the cocktail of the day. I loved it. Food was delicious and the view was so lovely. The service was fantastic.
