They did such a good job, great customer service from the time I requested an inspection right up to when I received the report. The requesting process is so easy to do online, and there was an immediate response. The builders are very professional and experienced. The inspection was very thorough with very close attention to detail. They left no stone unturned! The report itself was very prompt and was emailed to me an hour or so after the inspection was complete. It was easy to follow, with pictures to help understand what was going on. The builder even followed up with a phone call to make sure I understood everything in the report and was very patient in answering all my questions. I would not even think of using anyone else in the future! Thanks guys!

Very easy company to deal with. I organised an inspection in Taupo from my current home in Auckland. This was done over the phone with a very efficient lady and the rest of the process was automated online. I was informed of the date and time of the inspection, payment options and then received the report via a link the night of the inspection- all via email. Given the time constraints of my situation, the updates and communication was very refreshing. For ease, efficiency, good price and reliability, I recommend this company. The report is detailed and easy for a layman to understand. My lawyer liked the report also.
