Terrible experience trying to book in. ANGELA the receptionist is beyond rude and incredibly unprofessional. Wouldn't let me get a word in, sparky and unhelpful. Will be unenrolling my family and submitting a formal complaint. She is not someone who should be dealing with sick or vulnerable people!

Every single time I’ve come here I’ve felt belittled and ignored by the receptionist named Angela. I don’t know why she still has her job as I’m sure I’m not the only one she talks down to. She rolls her eyes, deep sighs when you ask a question. Very unprofessional.

The Male Dr I had a video consultation with today was one of the rudest most arrogant doctors I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, I was belittled, fat shamed & humiliated. He insulted my previous doctors medical care and considering she actually recommended me to see him, I feel it’s a pretty disgusting way to speak about a previous colleague but not surprising after speaking with him, the funny thing is he couldn’t even hope to reach anywhere near her standard of care & knowledge.He even had the cheek to say the first mantra of a doctor is do no harm, I’m pretty sure treating a patient so badly it affects their mental health is very harmful.

Long term patient and recently attended seeking assistance for some wider health matters and to try and get my drivers license back. Dr Rua took full responsibility in assisting me and went above and beyond what I expected from a doctor. His assistance has been a life changer for me and I am in his debt.

Lovely staff always there to listen will help you to the best of there ability the receptionists are lovely too all the staff are always smiling gives you the welcoming message

Unhelpful desk staff, always waited at least half an hour to be seen after appointment time, have to pay for a follow up appointment according to a nurse, no emergency appointments for my children. Really disappointed...used to be a really family orientated doctor...have been with them since I was a child. Hopefully I can take my family elsewhere

They have a range of doctors with different specialities so I'm happy that our family can go to one clinic. I would like them to be open on Saturday. But that is my only negative.
