So impressed with the care given to my very elderly wee pooch Charlie when we arrived upset with no appointment. He was in a lot of pain and the nurses and Vet were simply amazing. I can’t recommend this practice more highly ….. the best!

My cat who is 16 years old went there not long ago, to check up on her head (which me and my family think is cancer) and it just keeps getting worse. The vets kept her in over night, said her head will be fine, sedated her and didn’t even clip her long nails she gets caught up in everyday. She pretty much smells sick, looks sick. And the vets said nothing about it. I am very annoyed with their service as they pretty much did a 5 second checkup and nothing else. Pretty useless if you ask me. We won’t be taking her there again. Obviously some of you vets don’t know what yous are doing. Sort it out.

Called in to ask if they could quickly help with sorting out my dogs broken nail.They said they could which was nice except when i recieved the bill it was far to over priced. Over $200A nursing fee was added and bandaging was the cost of the full roll, when only a part of the roll was used.Asked fot a partial refund around $40 but was passed on to someone else who never replied.Very bad communication and would not recommend at all. Still waiting for a reply but none recieved.I will be posting on all dog pages to avoid this vet.

Have called 9 different vets in the region due to change of location, and Vet Smart is by far the loveliest to deal with. Their receptionist is absolutely amazing to deal with, went above and beyond in helping me understand pricing for consults and various treatments and products, and was an all round caring person to deal with. Her customer service is what swayed me to go with Vet Smart. I have no doubt that they'll be great vets for me and my dog.
