TERRIBLE service!! Missed so many pick ups when we DID use them. Then we cancelled them two years ago when we moved and they charged us an extra month, didn't give us a last bill, then referred us to credit control two years later! Hello??? Our phone numbers and email address never changed - if you don't send a bill out, then how are we meant to know about it and get it paid? We had no idea!! Avoid this company at all costs! We have had SO many issues with them!!!

Today I woke to find a dog overnight has spread the contents of my neighbours rubbish collection bag around the road zone. (not the first time). The rubbish collection truck arrives before I have a chance to remove the strewn rubbish and it is much to my surprise to find the street clean, rubbish gone, along with the truck and operator!On my grandson's bike and off in pursuit of the truck I go. Excuse me mate

Disorganised shambles with a penchant for not being entirely truthful. We now enter our 8th week without recycle pickup. The neighbours are angry because our bin sits out there weeks at a time. They need a minus star for reviews because one star is too generous

Would seriously prefer a zero rating. Our scheduled pick up is Wednesday, but approx every 6 weeks there's no collection. We have 30 homes in our subdivision and we all telephone them to notify ...the exact answer is you're the first to let us know

Everything has been fine except for the last month where they have missed every collection and only once have they managed to recollect on a Saturday. Also still waiting for the replacement bin for my one which has cracked sides and no handles.. Only waiting for a few months now.

I was following one of their trucks GEJ231 on a24.04.21 and lots of plastic was dropped out of this truck on its way from tauranga to katikati. It's not very environmentally friendly.

2 weeks in a row and our rubbish bags arent collected. First week they seemed to miss alot of houses, this week just us it seems. What's going on?! Sort it out or should we leave it on your doorstep! Have sent emails and no response!

Only been with them for 6 months and they have already missed 5 pick ups. Every time I call them they say very sorry it wont happen again. And it happens again!

did not pick up rubbish on collection day (Thursday), said they would return Saturday... still did not pick up a street lot of rubbish.... excuse was new driver?... They continue to miss bins on collection day, so best thing is to find alternative waste disposal service as EGB will not remedy their situation.

Come on guys we have been waiting a week for our recycling to be collected. Everyday we're being told a different excuse. Be honest with us. You really don't have any intention of picking it up do you. You will be getting another call on Monday morning asking once again please explain". Not impressed!!!!!!!!"
